2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the services provided by Globxpert. This policy applies to all services offered, including but not limited to chimney repair, gas stove burner repair, gas hob cleaning, and cooking range repair.

2.2 Refund Request Period: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of the completion of the service. Requests made after this period will not be considered for a refund.
